Showcasing Creative Media

In general, we are looking for work that is mixed-media or otherwise experimental in the medium you are working within. We encourage you to move outside of your normal creative work and to explore the intersections between academics, technology, and/or art. Even if you are still formulating your idea, we encourage you to submit a proposal; the faculty review and critique process will help you to explore new directions and iterations of your work. You may also submit projects/proposals that were created for a class.

Projects might include, but are not limited to:

  • Participatory projects
  • Stations where attendees can learn/create
  • Sound and/or light installations
  • Videos
  • Artwork in any medium
  • Interactive websites
  • Technology-based projects (robots, apps, etc.)
  • Art-tech projects
